  Courville at Manchester is unique in its capacity to offer rehabilitation, nursing, long-term care and assisted living all under one roof. The majority of Courville at Manchester’s residents are long-term; however, many individuals choose to receive rehabilitative services as a short-term resident. Rehabilitation services include occupational, speech and physical therapy.

  Courville at Manchester accepts private pay, private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. Thanks to our all-inclusive nature, residents can enjoy “life uninterrupted” by receiving many of the personal care services they have become accustomed to over the years—worry-free.   Situated on safe and secure grounds, the doors of Courville at Manchester are monitored from dusk to dawn. And because safety and security are of utmost importance to us, all exterior doors are monitored 24-hours a day with video cameras.

  Situated on 3.5 acres of meticulously landscaped property, the facility has two outdoor patio areas for resident and visitor enjoyment.

  Courville at Manchester believes in an interdisciplinary approach to care, with family and resident at the center of the plan. If a resident chooses to keep his/her personal physicians upon admission, he/she may do so. However, the facility does have a medical director happy to take on the resident as a patient.

  All resident rooms, be it private, double or triple, are fully furnished and have individual temperature controls (heat and air conditioning). Residents are welcome to provide their own furnishings, if they wish. Courville at Manchester is the only facility in the area with carpeted bedrooms.

  Rehabilitation is key to improving and maintaining quality of life. Courville at Manchester is fortunate to have a full rehabilitation room on-site, staffed with licensed occupational, physical and speech therapists seven days a week.

  The facility is three stories tall and has the ease of elevator access. There are three tastefully appointed dining areas, a TV room, library and another sitting area commonly used for private gatherings.
