  The majority of Courville at Nashua’s residents are long-term; however, many individuals choose to receive rehabilitative services as a short-term resident. Rehabilitation services include occupational, speech and physical therapy.

  Courville at Nashua is an all-inclusive facility accepting private pay, Medicare and Medicaid residents. Thanks to our all-inclusive nature, residents can enjoy “life uninterrupted” by receiving many of the personal care services they have become accustomed to over the years—worry-free. The tastefully adorned facility includes beautiful furnishings and window treatments, freshly pressed linens and many upscale enhancements.

  The facility is also located on the same campus as its sister facility, Aynsley Place, an assisted living residence.

  Safety and security are of the utmost importance to us. Situated on safe and secure grounds, the doors of Courville at Nashua are monitored from dusk to dawn. Family visits are welcome at the convenience of the family and the resident.

  Situated on 3.3 acres of meticulously landscaped property, the 40,925 square foot facility has outdoor patio areas and an enclosed terrace offering plenty of sun and shade for resident and visitor enjoyment.

  Because of their experience with our care, many of these temporary residents do request a room at the facility when and if the time arises for long-term nursing care. Courville at Nashua believes in an interdisciplinary approach to care, with family and resident at the center of the plan. If a resident chooses to keep his/her personal physician upon admission, he/she may do so. However, the facility does have a reputable team of physicians available to meet a resident’s needs.

  All resident rooms are fully furnished. Residents are welcome to provide their own furnishings, if they wish.

  The facility stands two stories tall and has four wings with centrally located nursing stations. The Courville at Nashua takes a technological approach to care utilizing state of the art resident charting and monitoring abilities.

  Rehabilitation is key to improving and maintaining quality of life. Courville at Nashua is fortunate to have a full rehabilitation room on-site, staffed with licensed occupational, physical and speech therapists.

  Throughout the facility, there are nine common areas to provide residents and their visitors with the benefit of socialization and privacy. A fine dining room on the ground level overlooks the backyard patio and offers easy access to the elevator, sitting rooms, hospitality suite, administrative offices and front foyer.
